Next Book Update
I'm spending the Fourth of July Holiday weekend working on my next poetry collection. Though I completed the first draft several months ago, I set it aside to marinate a bit. Now that some time and distance is between us, I can be more objective with editing and evaluating each piece.
I absolutely love the writing process and feel fortunate to have the opportunity to share my empowering poetry, prose and affirmations with you. This upcoming collection celebrates self-love and will be a great companion piece to I’m Rising, and Rise Unstoppable. I cannot wait for you to read it when it is released later this year. Stay tuned for the cover and title reveals in the coming months.
I really miss interacting with my friends and readers in person, so am working on some opportunities to get myself re-engaged in some venues that will allow me to do in person book and product sales. But, most importantly poetry reading and books signings. I had no idea, how much I would thrive on the energy of hearing my words come alive until I did my first poetry reading. Though we are still facing Covid challenges, I am exciting that we have turned the corner and are getting back to a new normal.
